WHAT IS A JUNK JOURNAL?
While we are creating this week, we’ll talk about what a junk journal is, why they’re so much fun to make, and I’ll show you examples of different types of journals and all the creative possibilities.
By the end of the week, you’ll have a better understanding of junk journaling and you will have learned some new techniques you can add to your crafting.

Hey There!
I’ve always believed that crafting is about so much more than making something beautiful. It’s a chance to slow down, be creative, try something new, and simply enjoy the process.
That’s really what Lab Week is all about. I want to introduce you to junk journaling in a way that feels fun and approachable. We’ll create a few projects together, talk about what junk journaling is, and I’ll share different ideas and techniques you can use in your own crafting.
Most of all, I hope you enjoy spending the week creating, learning something new, and having fun with a community of ladies who love to craft.
